Personnel is therefore qualified, trained and with needed certifications (offshore, high height works, fiber optics junctions, etc.). Equipped with tools, vehicles and test instruments suitable to install service and maintain such a systems in Italy and abroad.

Activities are supported by professional devices, certifications, documentation and software packages, with the purpose to optimise the on field operations, the reporting and the managing of the project.

We provide technical support for bid activities and tendering documentation, technical specifications development and optimization (Front End Engineering and Design – FEED).

We implement feasibility studies, analysis support, solutions design, on-site preliminary surveys, after deducing functional requirements for equipment and systems, in order to provide sophisticated support from the contracting strategy phase to the vendor sourcing and capabilities analysis, from the Factory acceptance tests to the commissioning.

We use software or implement the right one that can manage each device in the network without any further and possible problem. The idea is to have an operational NMS (Network Management System) enough for the operation but even open  towards higher level.

Our purpose is to allow customer to operate with different manufacturer and devices but avoiding the loss of control of the network as it is when you have only one model of equipment or manufacturer.

Through a well established and equipped laboratory we provide repair services for various equipments or sub-devices.

These services are nowadays exploited even for our customers who has often to maintain out of production or obsolete equipments.

Therefore full assistance and repair coverage is also given to every equipment supplied by us.
